Personal Info
Real Name: Roland Icewind
Nickname: Rincewind, The Useless Nobody, Too nice for his own good.
Nationality: American of Italian and Nordic decent
Gang Affiliation: Freelance
Gang Position: N/a
Personal Quote: "Everything is always out to get me. It's a fact."

Appearance
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Hair Color: Muddy brown
Eye Color: Black like olives
In-depth Description: Roland shaves well and often, and keeps his hair tight and trim, leaving him to look precisely his age. He tends to wear clothes that aren't exactly the nicest of sorts, but at least they're cleen and usually whole. Comfortable and well-worn are key words, though. He's got a good facial structure, and a good build. He's in decent shape, as it were, for his lanky body of about 6 foot even. Overall, he looks average. If you met him on a street, or in a coffee shop, you wouldn't likely think to look again just because of how uninteresting he is. Unless you found him attractive, at which point you might consider looking again only to realize you don't know what part of him is supposed to be so attractive in the first place.

Personality: Roland is very good at taking things in stride. Mostly because he realizes that it's that, or taking things in places better not taken in fierce, jab-y ways. He doesn't have much of a spectacular personality, and he doesn't much like making enemies, and tries to avoid such foolish activity whenever possible. He really does just whole-heartedly want to cook for everybody who wants to eat, so he tries his hardest to do that, instead of being a fool and taking a side and risking his life that way.

History: Roland grew up to the age of twelve pretty normal, with normal luck, and normal friends. Then his parents died, and he ended up an orphan, living with his aunt in downtown San Fransisco. He got hassled a lot and eventually just became too good at getting away for the older kids to waste their time on catching him for his money. Normal is as normal does, it seems. Through high school, he retained his reputation as the one guy no one will ever catch for a fist fight. Nobody ever did, either. Roland never got hit once, all through high school.
After he graduated a year early because of slightly above average grades and skipping third grade in his pompous American school of pseudo-academic tomfoolery, he spent a year abroad, roaming Europe on pocket change and the kindness of people. And the occasional overnight in holding cells at local police stations for little things. He realized that food and bread were wonderful things, when made from the heart. He wanted to try and do that too. After his year abroad, he came home to study cooking.
After two years of cooking school, he found himself in an international competition. For bread, as it were, Roland's specialty. He was up against a young Japanese by the name of Azuka Kazuma, and lost by only a minor margin, far less than most of the other contestants who'd taken on the young japanese prodigy had. Roland chalked it up to pure luck that his bread was so close, and went on with his life with no further expectations of being grand. He still loved cooking, so he continued.
A few days after his battle with Azuma, though, he passed out, then an indeterminate time later... Or perhaps before, given the unknown timespace location of the sector, he woke up next to the old man. That was a shock, to say the least. Then he was re-shocked when he learned that he was trapped in a place that was apparently godforsaken and blocked off from the rest of the world. Oh well, best take it in stride, make the best of it.

Not really understanding what you want with the Power combination. But they would generally cancel each other out. And would be very weak on level 1.

Something like he is both lucky and unlucky at the same time.
Finding a genies lamp : lucky! yay. no wait its one of the literal wish genies, but its cool man, you word it perfectly, still goers wrong though.
or flipping a coin theres a 50/50 chance it lands on both heads and tails, at the same time.. In a firey house: A gas canister is there and its heating up , but he manages to dodge the debris, but the explosions drops the top floor on him, the explosion brought help, his luck doesnt affect others sos they help him out unless they take an instant dislike to him, etc.

As the flaws says, instead of having weak effects, he has both unusually good and unusually bad luck. Unusual things are more likely to happen either in his favor or not equally, instead of usually good or unusually bad things happening more reliably than the other.

Essentially, his luck is slightly more exaggerated but not fundamentally any better or worse. Not so easy with things like coin flips, but he's more likely to roll natural 20's and natural 1's than he is anything in the 5-15 area. In-universe, not as per game play-based rolls.

Mostly his powers are there because there's the implied mandatory powers thing, but otherwise I just wanted a "badass" "normal". It was that or I give him two points in scrying and he gets stale.

Is that thing with the statistic point okay or what? That's something I expected to hear more about in the first response to the app.

Yeah, you need to remove one point from the Stats. But I see what you want now. I am willing to accept it.

Alright, that should fix everything.

Anything else wrong with it?

How about investing in more flaws to get the first power have a max level of 15?
