basic skill: Pole-Vault Jump

Name: Pole-Vault Jump
Description: The user, goes into a run, and pressuring their weapon or long object into the ground, using their legs, jumping, using their weapon to fly them into the air, forward and up, for travel or to get to those pesky fliers or any other hard to reach things, enemy or otherwise.

Effect: Move forward 10-20 feet in the air, and reach 30-40 feet in height.

I just wanted to comment, hoping this would be a sort of level 0 skill. And yes I had the variation, in distance and height for a mod to determine, if they wanted to be persnickety, for a fight. XD Probably will end up, not caring all too much, though, understandably, since it's numbers and dimensions for RP, but I don't know!

This would be a basic skill, not a weapon skill, as you can pole vault with anything long and sturdy, even if you've found it in the environment.

In Combat use, this would most-likely be a 1 AP skill, used like a 1 AP evasive Maneuver. 0 MP to use. And so on.

It will be a skill that can be learned without paying.

This wouldn't be Offensive. And if it's a Basic Skill, it wouldn't have "Usage" on it, since it is used out of battle more often than in.
