Odaigahara Visitor Center
Other Sightseeing Spot
Odaigahara is one of the rainiest places in the world, with an average rainfall of 5000 millimeters. This rainfall has made this exemplary virgin forest a precious paradise for flora and fauna. The area is divided into two areas; East Odai, which contains a number of major scenic spots such as Mt. Hidegatake and Orochigura, and West Odai, which is covered by the virgin forest of Odaigahara.
