Inhuman

The year was two thousand and twenty when it first happened; an Inhuman, of the Vampire species, came forth with a group, and revealed that the myths were true, and that many creatures that werenâ ? human existed.. The horror they caused led to a segregation of all Inhumans; governments setting them up in ghettos, hoping that they wouldnâ ? attack, fearful of their abilities. Most went quietly, setting up communities within the ghettos, making families with others without any fear of being judged. A few years later however, some of the more violent Inhumans; werewolves, vampires, and demons making up the brunt of the force, began using their power to overthrow the governments that treated them as monster. This was a mistake however, as the government was preparing for such. Humans enhanced with cybernetics to such a point that you couldnâ ? tell they ever were Humans fought against the monsters, pushing them back and systematically killing off entire line
s of them.

The year now is two thousand and thirty five, fifteen years after the first reveal. The original Inhuman rebellion now put down, the violence has stopped on a large scale, with only small resistance pockets holding out. This war was horrible for the Inhumans; the already bad conditions turned worse, families could be detained and executed for simply speaking out about their conditions, humans viewed all Inhumans as monsters, many wishing to destroy any Inhumans completely and totally, with no mercy. This tension is constantly there, few Humans will knowingly interact with an Inhuman, and an even fewer amount will look past the stereotypes of them.

In this RPG, one may play as a type of Inhuman (a list is available on the website, requests that are sound can be approved) or a Human, augmented with advance cybernetics that allow them to keep up with the Inhumans and their power. Be creative with your character; maybe you want to be a Vampire and be one of the common Inhumans, or perhaps be a rare species such as being part Phoenix. It will include a loose system of leveling, based on the average GURPs, with one picking and leveling up powers.
