5 years has passed by ever since the mysterious murders of people in Inaba. The secret of persona has now been revealed and every people has persona of their own. However, the world wasn't as peaceful as it is before. People start using persona to do crimes and bad things. When the world is on the edge of destruction, there is still some hope left. A military force called the SEES has been protecting the world ever since persona start to spread around the world. Not only the SEES, some volunteer have also joined forces to fight the evils.

But 10 years after all the bloodshed and countless fights, SEES failed to protect the world and evils start lurking into the world. Slowly, the world became unbalance as there is more evil than the good. Out of desperation, SEES created a biological weapon called the RSPX34. By injecting the serum to a human body, it’ll make the user able to transform their persona into weapons which is stronger than any other normal persona. And now, once again world is in great danger. And the only hope left is to count on the RSPX34 users to save the world from total destruction.
