Darkening Sun

Welcome to the future. Humanity has traveled the world and lived in many realms. They have devised powerful weapons and started epic wars. And now, ever so slowly, the race of mankind is being strangled, dieing from within. The sun is entering it's last heart beats of life, weakened to a point of almost non-existance. With the coming of the emerging darkness, other more sinister things emerge.

They are the undead, hidden from mortal eyes and described only in legends. Their patience is legendary; their will never fleeting. They are unseen, unheard, slowly devouring humanity from within. Upon the ash landscapes of the homeworld, Earth, arise the vampire houses, the graveborn liches, the mighy werewolves, and the restless spirits of the night. They are the rot within humanity's heart, here to inherit the world from the lesser beings.

Now, in their most desperate hour, humanity is fighting back. Forces have beem recalled. The strength of armies return, and fear gives way to hope as the blunt force of their technology is brought against the most ancient evil ever known.
