Half of the planet has been polluted by many wars. Advanced technologies lost by the war were developed by the Humans. Small crystals have been protecting the planet since the war, 300 years ago. Though, the crystals are becoming weaker, as the military of each empire must find enough compatible energy to replenish the crystals or face pollution of the entire planet and the destruction of all civilization. With the accumulating pollution, it has since intertwined with the planet in many peculiar ways, spontaneously opening portals to other dimensions and leaking mosters into the once peaceful remains of Celestia.
