The impossible has happened, the Las Plagas parasite was recovered by a new Organization. Life Prayer or Vida Plegaria, are remnants of the previous organization, Los Illuminados. They have secretly taken over most of Spain, using the newly acquired Las Plagas parasite to take control of small villages throughout Spain. Soon they plan to take over the world

Two groups know about Life Prayer's activates, S.T.A.R.S. and the remains of Umbrella. The Special Tactics and Rescue Service(S.T.A.R.S.), a group a highly trained men and women. Each member specializes in their on field of expertise, relying on each other to get through their missions. They were the first to discover Umbrella secrets. However, most, including their fellow R.P.D. officers, found their story unbelievable and the Chief of Police, Brian Irons (who was secretly on Umbrella's payroll) officially disbands the team. The break up of the team still wouldn't stop them. They secretly reformed again, slowly gaining members as they recuperate and try to stop Umbrella and the newly discovered Life Prayer from gaining control of the world.

The other remaining group that knows about Life Prayer's assault is Umbrella. Umbrella is the leading brand of medicine in the world. What people didn't know until later was that they secretly manufactured firearms and bioweapons. The most known creation is the T-virus , it kills the host then takes control, causing the body to have an insatiable hunger and have spontaneous outbreaks of antipathy towards people or inanimate objects. A few years after the S.T.A.R.S. break up, word leaked out about the outbreaks of the T-virus. Umbrella quickly collapsed and went into hiding. Now the remains of the group aspire return to power, even if that means killing people along the way.

Now, which group do you plan on joining? Do you choose the loyal S.T.A.R.S, trying to keep the world safe from harm? Do you choose to help the remains of the Umbrella Corperation, doing anything to retain your former glory? Or do you choose the mysterious group Life Prayer, following any order given by your cult leader? Once you join Resident Evil Omega, you can help the orginization of your to victory.
