Sunny View Apartments
Sunny View Apartments may not look like much, but it's the living area for most of the spiritually aware living in Karakura. Instead of just a single block of apartments, as is the western style, Sunny View is almost a suburb of it's own, made of towers upon towers of apartments, complete with gardens and shops for it's inhabitants to use.
